About The Position

Sapphire Vacation Services LLC is looking for a motivated and personable Client Services Representative to join our growing team in San Diego, CA. We support vacation ownership members with account questions, reservations, and payment issues. You'll be the person on the other end of the line when someone needs something sorted out — and you'll help members find club services that fit how they actually travel. Requirements

1+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or account management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive client situations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written

Nice To Haves

Experience in financial services, debt resolution, or hospitality industries is a plus

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from members
Resolve account, reservation, and billing questions on first contact where possible
Identify and present club services and upgrade opportunities to members
Document interactions accurately in our systems
Escalate complex issues with clear, complete notes
Other duties as assigned
