Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, time management, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license (support provided).

Nice To Haves

  • Current P&C license or experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining industry-leading service standards.
  • Manage and respond to approximately 30 inbound calls and emails daily in a timely and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate availability, dependability, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
