About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team. As a Client Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the flow of service request support to ensure timely resolution for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: · Strong phone skills · Excellent Customer Service · Proficient in Microsoft 365 · Assess the urgency and technical nature of each request to prioritize accordingly · Responsibility for ordering parts and supplies · Assign service tickets to appropriate technicians based on skills, availability, and workload · Monday – Friday 8:30 to 5 shift

Requirements

  • At least 2 years customer service experience
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Reliability and dependability
