Responsibilities

  • Take and return customer calls and messages.
  • Respond quickly and clearly to customer inquiries.
  • Help business owners maximize their payment processing.
  • Guide new merchants through onboarding and setup of terminals or software.
  • Answer questions about specific transactions and statements.
  • Troubleshoot everyday issues related to payment acceptance.
  • Find answers to questions when not immediately known.
  • Build broad, practical knowledge of the payments industry.
