About The Position

Providing compassionate, quality veterinary care to Northern Colorado since 1986. As a full-service animal healthcare center, Front Range Veterinary Clinic, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, seeks a Client Services Representative to join our team. We are equipped to diagnose and treat our client’s dogs and cats through all stages of life. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year working within a customer service environment
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new
• Excellent communication
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well within a team

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk by greeting clients, checking patients in/out, scheduling rechecks and signing visitors and vendors in.
• Oversee the clinic
• Manage and assist clients in the euthanasia paperwork

• Assist with daily administrative duties such as printing schedules, pulling charts, filing, emailing medical records, distributing daily mail and purging charts in
• Maintain knowledge of extension numbers to reach employees throughout the
