About The Position

Patty Baker Humane Society Naples (PBHSN), Southwest Florida's state-of-the-art premier no-kill shelter, is seeking a full-time Client Services Representative for its full-service small animal practice that is open to the public. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented yet assertive, responsible for ensuring clients and their companion animals have a positive experience from appointment making through check-out. This role operates under the direction of the Client Services Manager and in cooperation with other team members.

Requirements

Fluency in English and Spanish required
At least one year experience in customer service in any industry
Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to interact calmly with emotional clients
Phone skills, including a clear speaking voice
Accurate data entry and money handling skills
Work well within a team
Be responsive to professional feedback and direction
Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Maintain a positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in the vicinity of and engage in limited handling of dogs, cats, and other small mammals
Authorized to work in the United States
Complete a background check prior to employment

Nice To Haves

At least one year experience as a veterinary or medical receptionist preferred
