About The Position

This role is responsible for administering drug testing and installing/managing electronic monitoring devices, including alcohol and location monitoring. While assigned a primary duty in either drug testing or electronic monitoring, the individual must be prepared to assist with the other duties as needed, on a daily, weekly, ad hoc, or rotating basis as directed by management. The position involves meeting with clients for installations, maintenance, and customer service, scheduling appointments, managing daily communications and equipment alerts, creating customer accounts, tracking participants, processing payments, and delivering reports to supervising agencies. Responsibilities also include administering urine analyses according to protocol and chain of custody procedures.

Requirements

6 months of customer service experience
Clean Background
Proficient in Microsoft Office O365
Ability to bend, stoop, lift objects up to 10lbs., and maintain mobility necessary to perform minimum functions associated with the position.

Responsibilities

Administer drug testing.
Install, manage, maintain, and perform data management for electronic monitoring devices (alcohol monitoring and location monitoring).
Meet with clients to install, remove, or perform maintenance on monitoring technologies.
Provide customer service to clients and agencies served.
Schedule installation and maintenance appointments for new referrals.
Manage daily communication and equipment alerts and maintenance items.
Create individual customer accounts and track participants.
Process payments for services provided.
Deliver participant completion, non-compliance, and payment reports to appropriate supervising agencies.
Administer Urine Analyses samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures.
Manage daily communication with billing and maintenance items.
