Under the general supervision of the Friend of the Court and direct supervision of the Systems Coordinator/Support Staff Supervisor, this position performs a variety of clerical tasks with customer service relations. The role involves processing incoming mail, faxes, and emails, monitoring the lobby/reception area, handling phone calls, and managing in-person client services. The representative will control lobby flow, inform staff of client check-ins, update clients on wait times, and handle difficult client interactions. Responsibilities include receipting applications, opening and closing the lobby, managing office supplies and court forms, and processing electronic documents. The role also involves gathering client change information, reviewing case histories, generating reports, and drafting client correspondence. Additionally, the position collects statistical data, performs special projects, and assists with return mail. Case notes are to be made in MiCSES for client changes and financial reports.
