Position Overview As a Remote Client Services Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding front-line customer support. You'll engage with clients from the comfort of your home, guiding clients on achieving their financial goals over Zoom. It's all about creating exceptional customer experiences by offering education, discovering goals and implementing strategies to obtain them.

Requirements

Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, coachability and people skills are required.
Must be over 18 years old and a U.S. Citizen.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Must own a computer with a webcam and have reliable internet.
A genuine drive to help others, strong ethics and a positive mindset are a must!

Nice To Haves

Backgrounds in customer service, leadership, and management are a plus.
Experience in education, coaching, military, or as elite athletes preferred but not required!
