The Richmond, VA, location is seeking an entry-level Client Service Representative. This role is designed for individuals eager to begin or advance their careers in customer service within a dynamic and supportive setting. The Client Services Team is vital in shaping Abbott Rapid Diagnostics’ reputation with customers, vendors, and business partners. Abbott RDX prioritizes this role by selecting representatives committed to providing knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, and courteous interactions. The Client Services Representative will manage inbound customer service and supply order calls, as well as respond to customer emails.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Self-disciplined and self-sufficient

Nice To Haves

  • +3 years of Customer Service experience
  • A four-year degree from an accredited college or university is strongly preferred
  • Call center experience strongly preferred
  • Worked in a metrics-driven environment
