This role will have a base pay and commissions. The primary focus is maintaining industry-leading service standards by providing prompt service and one-call resolution. This involves multitasking between systems and job duties such as documentation, taking calls, and following up on items as needed. The position is highly focused on a total team environment to create a great culture that centers around servicing the customer and creating growth for the company. Most calls will be from current clients who have questions about their policy in regard to requested changes or updates to their accounts, growing existing client relationships, saving cancel requests, and setting up autopay. Timely entry of all inbound leads is also a key responsibility.
