The company will provide full training, so success hinges on strong organizational skills, follow-through, and the ability to keep projects moving forward, rather than extensive dental insurance knowledge. The Account Managers will maintain client relationships, while the Project Manager will oversee execution. For services such as insurance credentialing, PPO analysis, and contract negotiation, the Project Manager will be the primary day-to-day contact, responsible for managing timelines, coordinating resources, tracking progress, leading meetings, and ensuring accurate, timely delivery. While the Account Manager will remain involved in strategy and escalations, the Project Manager will be the main point of contact for active project work. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at managing complex tasks and holding others accountable, even if they don't fit the traditional Project Manager profile. This is a fully remote position, typically requiring 40 hours per week, with flexible working hours between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM EST to accommodate various time zones.
