About The Position

The Client Services Operations Support Representative II is responsible for providing basic clerical support for Collections/Recovery Services all the while focused on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments, including copying, filing, processing documents and mail, performing basic data entry into collection system, answering in-bound client calls, and operating general office equipment.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform basic tasks in Microsoft Excel and Word programs independently and some intermediate activities with some assistance, and solid independent use of general office equipment.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated solid use of existing client systems independently or has demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new programs and systems.
  • Regularly interacts with team members and builds effective working relationships with internal/external clients.
  • Fast and accurate typing and 10-key skills.
  • Basic math skills are needed to calculate numbers and percentages.
  • Demonstrated timely follow-up skills, ability to multi-task and handle busy phone lines with daily workload.
  • Very detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to prioritize daily workloads and meet daily deadlines.
  • Strong, demonstrated customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant office clerical support experience required.
  • Must submit to, and pass, a pre-hire criminal background check and drug test (applies to all positions).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain client required clearances, as well as pass regular company background and/or drug screenings post-hire, may be required for some positions.
  • Must not appear on any state/federal debarment or exclusion lists.
  • Must complete the Machinify Teleworker Agreement upon hire and adhere to the Agreement and all related policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Applies knowledge of company and client specific terminology, requirements and process/procedures to complete work.
  • Follows defined procedures to complete routine tasks.
  • Recognizes when deviation from standard processes and may make simple adaptations to support change according to requirements.
  • Uses own judgement in choosing proper procedures to follow based on established guidelines.
  • Decisions are occasional and are subject to review by senior staff and management.
  • Refers non-standard inquiries/problems to higher level staff.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • Other duties as assigned to support business needs.
