The Client Services Officer is a service-oriented grants professional responsible for managing complex grant activities across donor-advised, scholarship, and community-aligned funds while ensuring compliance, accuracy, efficiency, and a high-quality experience for donors, nonprofit partners, scholars, students, and internal stakeholders. This role serves as a subject-matter expert and trusted relationship manager, providing guidance on grantmaking policies and regulations, overseeing due diligence and grant processes, resolving complex issues, and supporting stakeholders throughout the grant lifecycle. The Client Services Officer also leads process improvements, strengthens data quality and reporting, supports the effective use of grants technology and systems, and collaborates across departments to develop innovative, efficient, and customer- and community-centered grant operations that advance CCF’s mission and priorities.
