Requirements

Multifamily experience required
Customer-focused attitude and great interpersonal skills
Knowledge of technology products including OneSite
Problem-solving skills
Self-driven and desire to succeed
Working knowledge of Social Media
Microsoft Office product suite: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook
Marketing Concepts
Customer-Focused with excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Timely, organized, and efficient

Responsibilities

Be the front liner when it comes to Resident experience and support.
Receive all resident issues, payments, lease inquiries, etc.
Use high-level communication skills along with strategic consultative selling skills to provide a positive and genuine experience.
Oversee the leasing team and provide assistance when needed.
