About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Harrisburg, PA Senior Living Office. As a Client Services Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating high-quality home health services while building meaningful relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and your team. The Client Services Manager will deliver exceptional customer service and coordinate high-quality home health services, manage client service coordination and address emergent scheduling and staffing needs, oversee and proactively grow an assigned caseload through relationship-building and service excellence, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations, foster strong, collaborative relationships with office and field staff, monitor key operational and financial metrics, including admissions and referral outcomes, and partner with Clinical Managers to provide support and supervision to field employees. Contribute to office growth, client satisfaction, and overall operational success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated success in achieving goals and taking on increasing levels of responsibility

Nice To Haves

  • Prior knowledge of or experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus
  • Previous medical office, healthcare, or home care experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
  • Ambition and desire to grow and advance within the organization
