About The Position

Interim HealthCare is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Home Care Marketing /Client Services Manager to grow our Private Duty Home Care business throughout Brunswick, Columbus, and New Hanover counties. This individual will be responsible for developing new referral sources, strengthening existing partnerships, and increasing awareness of Interim HealthCare's home care services within the communities we serve. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with healthcare marketing or sales experience who enjoys networking, building long-term relationships, and helping seniors remain safely and independently at home.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing, business development, or outside sales experience (home care experience preferred).
  • Established relationships within the healthcare community are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to increase referrals and private duty home care admissions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with: Hospital and physician case managers, Social workers and discharge planners, Assisted living and independent living communities, Skilled nursing facilities, Hospice providers, Rehabilitation centers, Senior centers and community organizations.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners throughout the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, community events, health fairs, and professional organizations.
  • Represent Interim HealthCare at community events, educational programs, and networking functions.
  • Coordinate presentations and educational in-services for referral sources.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, referrals, and contacts within the company's CRM.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer service and successful client transitions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth goals.
