About The Position

The Client Services Manager is a key office-based leader responsible for the delivery and coordination of client services, growth and development of caseload, and ongoing case management. In this role, you will build strong relationships with clients, families, field employees, referral sources, and internal partners while helping ensure exceptional service and quality care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred or equivalent healthcare experience.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a track record of goal achievement.
  • Proven ability to take on increasing responsibility with positive results and a desire to grow professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are important for success in this role.
  • Must demonstrate characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Healthcare, home care, or recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client services and manage a caseload with a strong focus on service quality, continuity, and customer experience.
  • Schedule field employees based on client needs, employee availability, and competency to deliver high-quality care.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community partners.
  • Handle incoming service inquiries, help establish service agreements, and support authorizations and insurance-related coordination.
  • Participate in recruiting and onboarding efforts for field staff.
  • Respond to client questions and concerns related to service, scheduling, billing, and overall satisfaction.
  • Document client and employee issues, incidents, and key interactions to support continuity of care and effective follow-up.
  • Support payroll, billing, and other caseload-related administrative and fiscal responsibilities.
  • Provide administrative supervision and support to field employees in partnership with office and clinical leaders.
