About The Position

Healthcare is complex. Marketing it well is even harder. Unlock Health’s Summer Internship Program is built for people who are curious enough to lean into that complexity — and creative enough to help simplify it. You’ll work on real client projects alongside experienced strategists, creatives, analysts, and many more talented individuals. The ideal Client Services has a passion to learn about healthcare marketing while contributing to the health, growth, and retention of key accounts. You communicate clearly and professionally, while helping bridge strategy, clients, and execution. When needed, you are comfortable working with dashboards and performance metrics. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to how Unlock integrates brand, marketing, technology, and revenue strategy to help healthcare organizations move forward with clarity and confidence.

Requirements

  • Recent or upcoming May 2026 college graduates or rising seniors
  • Students pursuing degrees in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the healthcare marketing industry

Responsibilities

  • Assist with client budget administration and management
  • Conducting client strategy research and audits to support research requests
  • Collaborate on client decks for monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings
  • Support the team with competitive assessments, market research, campaign planning, creative reviews, media strategies & planning, digital engagements
