This intern will report to the Private Trust Client Services Team. In this role, you will organize and create new ways to make the Front Office more efficient and enhance client interactions. Your objective will be to determine areas for improvement in customer service and ways to make processes more streamlined (preferably using AI). Preferred degree and skillset include a degree in Business, Technology, or Computer Science. Skills will include attention to detail and data accuracy. Professional writing and communication skills. Client Service and Relationship Management Exposure Cross-Functional Collaboration. Time Management and Prioritization. Microsoft Office Suite and, if possible, Salesforce knowledge.
