About The Position

Rutter Mills LLP, a leading personal injury law firm in Hampton Roads, is seeking a committed and client-focused client services employee to join our Front End Department. This role plays an important part in the firm’s success and reputation by serving as a first point of contact for potential clients and helping create a professional, compassionate, and positive intake experience. Schedule : Full-time Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm Locations: On-site, Hampton Roads, VA- Southside or Peninsula About the Role: Are you a highly committed individual seeking a career in the legal industry? Responsibilities

Welcome clients, visitors, and walk-ins with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional client service.
Manage incoming and outbound calls with accuracy, patience, and a positive phone presence.
Collect, verify, and document client information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Perform data entry and maintain organized, accurate records.
Communicate effectively with current and potential clients, referrals, walk-ins, and team members.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized lobby area.
Monitor and restock front desk, lobby, and client-facing supplies as needed.
Balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Follow firm procedures and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
