What we’re looking for (Expert profile) We’re looking for client services leaders who act as true business partners to their clients and as key pillars within their teams. Strong agency experience :You’ve held roles such as Account Supervisor, Account Director, Client Advisor, Product Owner/Lead, or Project Manager, and are comfortable managing accounts of varying sizes with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally. Strategic mindset & business impact: You go beyond project management — you understand client challenges, challenge briefs when needed, and actively contribute to account growth. Client excellence: You build long-term, trust-based relationships, confidently navigate complex conversations, and are recognized for your ability to influence and advise. Leadership & collaboration: You mobilize internal teams, provide clear direction, and ensure aligned execution, while acting as a trusted point of contact for clients. Rigor & autonomy: You are structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of quality and attention to detail. Project management remains a core part of your day-to-day.
