The Client Services Coordinator reports directly to the SpeedPro studio owner and is primarily responsible for coordinating the production of various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchise’s profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste. Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates
- Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and website maintenance
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design (or similar program)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the printing and production of client orders
- Inspect customer files, assist with digital proofs and ensure the graphics print-ready
- Assist with large-format printers, laminators, and plotters
- Graphic design services
- Smaller graphic installations
- Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio
- Vehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveys
- Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries
- Utilization of workflow software for estimates/quotes
