About The Position

DEP is looking for a motivated, experienced, full-time, team-oriented Account Executive ( Client Services Coordinator) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical abilities. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus!

Requirements

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts
  • The ability to remain cool under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and building client relationships
  • Provide professional support to enhance the customers’ experience
  • Train/Educate clients on Dealer eProcess products
  • Staying on top of industry trends
  • Conduct dealer training
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
