We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our real estate team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth experience during property listings, showings, and transactions. You will work closely with agents, property managers, and internal teams to support operations and maintain accurate client and property records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or client-facing roles is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, including property listings and client inquiries
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MLS systems, and CRM software

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for buyers, sellers, and tenants via phone, email, or in person
  • Assist clients with property inquiries, scheduling showings, and transaction-related requests
  • Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth closings
  • Maintain and update client and property records in CRM and MLS systems
  • Track and report on client interactions, listings, and transaction status
  • Help resolve client issues and escalate to management when needed
  • Support onboarding of new clients and facilitate ongoing communication throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process
