About The Position

Trusted Restorer, a member-based consulting organization serving the property damage restoration industry and headquartered in Lenexa, Kansas, is actively seeking an Inside Customer Services Coordinator to collaborate with our members, aiding them in maximizing the value of their membership. As a small and dynamic company, you will assume a pivotal role in proactively engaging our members through calls and written correspondence to uphold high levels of satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will work closely with our marketing and sales teams, contributing to ongoing initiatives for new member development while providing essential project management and administrative support. The successful candidate for this role will also manage correspondence with prospective and existing members, ensuring seamless communication within our team to maintain the alignment of marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for both making outgoing calls and receiving incoming calls from our current members, effectively addressing their needs. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of our diverse offerings and member support policies and know when to escalate issues to management for resolution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or customer service support.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in member interactions.
  • A strong desire and ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, tight-knit team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with members and team members.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications to assist in database management and administrative tasks.
  • Experience working in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database is required.
  • A strong sense of professionalism and discretion is necessary when handling sensitive member information.

Responsibilities

  • Take a proactive approach to gauge member satisfaction levels and lead the development of methods to enhance them through the implementation of Member Roadmaps while maintaining regular communication with members.
  • Updating the company database by inputting information from each correspondence and ensuring that member information is kept current.
  • Working on special short-term projects to offer customized support, tailored to the unique needs of our members.
  • Assisting in creating innovative ways to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Supporting the marketing department by scheduling and organizing specialized marketing projects and providing administrative support.
