About The Position

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, client‑focused Client Services Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid capacity. In this call center–driven role, you’ll support plan sponsors by responding to inbound calls and emails, resolving service issues, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure an exceptional client experience. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast‑paced service environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and is comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with experience supporting high‑volume communications.
  • Excellent administrative abilities and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think critically, troubleshoot, and solve problems independently.
  • Strong attention to detail in documentation and follow‑through.

Nice To Haves

  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Financial services experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for plan sponsors, responding to incoming calls and emails and resolving client issues using established company policies.
  • Manage and support a dedicated book of business, ensuring advisors and sponsors receive excellent service and timely administrative support.
  • Set clear client expectations to avoid misunderstandings around process timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns.
  • Identify and resolve system tickets at first contact whenever possible.
  • Share insights and trends with product teams to support platform enhancements.
  • Participate in scheduled client calls to provide updates, plan statuses, and issue remediation progress.
  • Document all client interactions and updates within company tools and systems.
  • Follow up promptly on open items to ensure timely, complete resolution.
  • Handle escalations professionally, working with Legal and Compliance teams when necessary.
  • Create, manage, and follow through on service tickets as required.
