About The Position

Savant Wealth Management is seeking a Client Services Associate to join their growing team in the Twin Cities. This role is an opportunity to become a trusted partner to both clients and advisors, playing a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience. The associate will guide clients through account paperwork, coordinate meetings, problem-solve, and ensure all details are handled with care, contributing to the high-touch service Savant provides. The ideal candidate is experienced, client-focused, thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, and takes pride in making a meaningful impact.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • 2+ years of client service, administrative support, or operations experience within financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, or a related field
  • Previous experience within an RIA or advisor support environment highly preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and client focus
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute wherever needed

Responsibilities

  • Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, prospects, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Building strong relationships while supporting advisors and helping clients navigate requests, paperwork, and service needs
  • Preparing client meeting materials, reports, account paperwork, and transfer documentation
  • Coordinating client appointments, scheduling meetings, and helping ensure every interaction is seamless
  • Supporting account opening and onboarding activities for prospective and existing clients
  • Utilizing Salesforce and other technology tools to maintain accurate client records and document interactions
  • Working closely with custodians, advisors, and internal teams to resolve client questions and service requests
  • Assisting with office operations, client events, and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and guests
  • Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality
