As a Client Services Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for advisors and investors, helping resolve inquiries, navigate account-related issues, and support financial transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, retail, hospitality, banking, call center, or other service-oriented environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Passion for helping others and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Nice To Haves

• Financial services experience or education.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.
• Experience in a high-volume call center or customer support environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for advisors and investors.
• Handle approximately 25–30 inbound contacts daily.
• Resolve account inquiries and research issues efficiently.
• Assist with financial transaction requests and account servicing.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while documenting interactions.
• Analyze client concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and written communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing development programs.
