As a Financial Service Professional at LPL Financial, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our advisors and investors. Your journey will begin with a training program, where you will receive extensive training on our clients, systems, and products. Throughout this entire period, you will receive hands-on coaching and support as well as guided on-the-job practice time. Upon graduation from training, you will be onboarded to a team where together you serve as the first point of contact for our Advisors and their Investors, taking 25-30 inbound contacts daily, handling everything from simple account inquiries to supporting complex financial transactions. while initial expectations for the number of calls handled may vary, as associates become more efficient and proficient, their ability to handle a greater number of calls will naturally increase. Although they will be single-skilled at the outset, those demonstrating strong performance may have opportunities to cross-train in additional call types that support our business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education and experience.
  • 0-2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role, ideally in a team-based environment.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Communication & people skills.
  • Financial services knowledge.

Nice To Haves

  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our Advisors and their Investors.
  • Handle 25-30 inbound contacts daily, ranging from simple account inquiries to supporting complex financial transactions.
  • Receive extensive training on clients, systems, and products.
  • Receive hands-on coaching and support during training.
