About The Position

Assists clients with inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat. Provides accurate information about products and services. Resolves complaints and ensures client satisfaction. Maintains records of client interactions. Collaborates with team members to improve client experience.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma
  • 0-3 years of client service experience

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound customer service calls.
  • Providing entry-level troubleshooting and redirecting phone calls when appropriate.
  • Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients.
  • Addressing minor coverage issues and resolving minor complaints.
  • Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.
