About The Position

SPS Global is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Client Services Associate to support daily mailroom operations and office services. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth business operations by managing mail distribution, shipping/receiving, office supply coordination, and providing front office support when needed. You’ll help create a polished, organized, and client-focused environment through reliable service and strong attention to detail.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and follow procedures

Nice To Haves

1+ year of related experience
Familiarity with mailroom, shipping/receiving, or office support functions
Working knowledge of multi-function devices (MFDs)

Responsibilities

Receive, sort, and log inbound mail and packages
Manage outgoing mail and shipping transactions
Distribute deliveries and notify employees upon receipt
Serve as the point of contact for mail and package inquiries
Handle shipping and receiving of materials and supplies
Maintain and replenish office supplies (e.g., paper, toner, pantry items)
Ensure copy/print machines and multi-function devices are operational and stocked
Submit work orders and assist with basic troubleshooting
Support meeting and conference room setups
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Business Service Center
Perform light maintenance and cleaning as needed
Provide 5-star customer service across all interactions
Offer reception/concierge coverage when required
Build strong relationships with employees and teams
Maintain professionalism and composure in all interactions
Assist with training back-up staff on procedures
Proactively seek additional tasks during downtime
Determine when additional support is needed for sensitive requests
