About The Position

The Surveys team at Third Bridge delivers online B2B surveys, granting clients access to high-quality responses from pre-screened, proprietary experts spanning all geographies, industries, and functions. This dedicated team, located across the US and Europe, works continuously to support clients with survey design, coding, fielding, and results. The Survey Associate position is a crucial role in developing the Surveys team and in designing the tools and processes for creating the Surveys end product. The ultimate goal is to provide a top-quality Survey product that will drive market share gains by meeting clients' needs for quantitative insights. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with people and solving project challenges, rather than solely focusing on spreadsheets. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their projects proceed smoothly from initiation to completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-2 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of Consulting and Private Equity, various industries and data analysis
  • Permission to work in the country they are applying by the start of employment.
  • Experience collaborating with team-members in a high-throughput, deadline-driven, process-oriented, client-servicing environment
  • Superior writing, logic and interaction skills; including oral and written communication as well as organisational skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and familiarity or interest in understanding of different industries (including but not limited to Healthcare, Technology, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Financial Services), as well as how Consulting and Private Equity clients work, their organisational structure, asset class in which they operate, and how Surveys support their workflow
  • Proven ability to work in a rigorous, fast-moving environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong analytic outlook (including experience with data sets in Excel or Gsheets format)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise, identify and solve problems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with market research and survey design, primarily via exposure to survey design and the use of online survey platforms (gained in education or in a professional environment)

Responsibilities

  • Talking to Clients: Communicate with Private Equity and Consulting firms, understand their needs, offer feedback on their survey ideas, and keep them updated on progress.
  • Managing Projects: Coordinate between clients, the experts taking the surveys, and internal teams, ensuring organization and alignment.
  • Fixing Problems: Address project hurdles such as changing client requests or difficulties in finding specific experts, and devise workarounds to keep things moving.
  • Building Panels: Identify and reach out to the appropriate experts to participate in surveys, ensuring that the high standards expected by clients are met.
