Client Services Associate - Flex Support
About The Position
SAGE Counseling is seeking a Full-Time Client Services Associate - Flex Support. This is a Full-Time Flex Support position with consistent hours, offering the opportunity to work across multiple offices and remotely. The role includes a 5-week remote and in-office training period covering SAGE offices and procedures. After training, the associate will travel between Central Phoenix, Glendale, Maryvale, Tempe, and North Phoenix SAGE offices to provide Front Office coverage and support. This position also provides coverage for SAGE Court Liaisons in Phoenix and Peoria. Travel is required, with mileage reimbursement and additional bonuses for mileage compensation.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
- Eligible to successfully pass a background check and obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Proficiency in navigating an Electronic Health Record, and Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Differential pay offered!
- Prior experience with scheduling or working in a call center environment preferred.
- Prior experience in the field of behavioral health is strongly preferred.
