About The Position

SAGE Counseling is looking for a Full-Time Client Services Associate - Flex Support position. This is a Full-Time Flex Support position with consistent hours, with the opportunity to work across multiple offices, as well as work remotely. This position will have a 5-week training period learning SAGE offices and procedures - this training will be done remotely and in SAGE offices. Upon completion of training, this position will travel between the following SAGE offices to provide Front Office coverage and support: Central Phoenix Glendale Maryvale Tempe North Phoenix. Additionally, this position provides coverage for SAGE Court Liaisons in Phoenix and Peoria. Travel is REQUIRED for this position, with mileage reimbursement - SAGE offers additional bonuses for mileage reimbursement to compensate for the increases in gas prices!! The ideal candidate for this position is a quick learner, detail-orientated individual who can manage high volume calls in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be able to stay calm under pressure, provide friendly and professional client support while remaining organized.

Requirements

Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
Eligible to successfully pass a background check and obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Proficiency in navigating an Electronic Health Record, and Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
Strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Prior experience with scheduling or working in a call center environment preferred.
Prior experience in the field of behavioral health is strongly preferred.
