Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree is a plus.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping customers.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Technologically proficient, including experience with POS systems.
Adept at working independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound telephone requests (or email as directed) for assisting with service, product knowledge, and other related inquiries from customers.
Perform outbound calls (Vendors, Service Providers, Grand Appliance stores) as a follow-up to serve the customer needs.
Maintain positive demeanor with internal/external customers and assist in resolving various issues or concerns, including prescreening and scheduling service calls.
Research service history.
Approve return authorizations, issue credits for damage and refunds for canceled orders.
Complete all job assignments efficiently and effectively.
