Requirements

2+ years of total office experience.
1+ year of client services experience in a professional services environment desirable.
Post-secondary education in a business-related field preferred.
In lieu of degree or experience, would consider a combination of education and related office experience.
Proficiency in MS Word with intermediate Excel skills required.
Strong organizational, problem solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to apply regulatory knowledge in a variety of situations.

Nice To Haves

Experience with J. J. Keller services desirable.
Knowledge of FMCSR regulations desirable.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manages the client relationship.
Service as the primary interface in an advisory role between J. J. Keller and assigned clients.
Educating clients on regulatory requirements, providing interpretations and best practices.
Service Management: Identifies program improvement opportunities to meet and improve safety program objectives.
Monitors client responsibilities to ensure compliance with service requirements.
Analyzes compliance trends and, if applicable, developing formal improvement programs.
Maintains confidentiality of client information under the FCRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory entities.
Adheres to the department's data security policies pertaining to Personal Identification Information.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partners with internal teams on complex client inquiries.
Assists implementation team with new clients.
Maintains expertise pertaining to applicable local, state and federal regulations in order to provide education and clarification to clients.
