About The Position

RHN is currently welcoming applications for full-time Client Services Accountant positions in our Kelowna office. These positions are part of our CPA Pre-Approved Program and will begin in January 2027. This role is ideal for someone looking to become a well-rounded CPA while building a long-term career with an established and growing firm. The position involves serving a diverse client base across a broad range of industries, offering opportunities to build varied experience and develop well-rounded skill sets.

Requirements

Completion or near completion of an accounting program at a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
A willingness to learn, take initiative and contribute as part of a collaborative team.

Nice To Haves

Previous accounting co-op experience, particularly in public practice, is considered an asset
Exposure to CaseWare/CaseView, Taxprep, and Microsoft Office, whether in an academic or professional setting

Responsibilities

Preparing and completing a variety of engagements including T1 and T2 tax returns and filings
Assisting with compilation, review and audit engagements
Meeting internal and external deadlines, while working within established time budgets
Actively participating in ongoing professional development including firm-wide learning sessions and maintaining a mindset of continuous learning and improvement
