A qualified candidate is responsible for communicating effectively with clients, prospect clients and staff in order to provide timely and accurate information regarding Matrix Sciences services, testing results, test requirements and shipping. This role supports customers by providing accurate and helpful information as well as working to resolve customer questions or complaints while delivering outstanding customer support. The Client Service Support acts as a liaison between the company and its clients, serving as the front line of support to ensure client satisfaction with services.
