About The Position

This role supervises a team of client service specialists, directing workflow and monitoring workload to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly. The position involves training new client service staff, creating and distributing documented resolutions for common client service issues, and providing direct support to assigned accounts and escalated issues. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum seven years industry experience required
  • Minimum five years supervisory experience required
