Supervises the work of a team of client service specialists, directs workflow and monitors workload to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly. Trains new client service staff in support policies and procedures. Creates and distributes documented resolutions for common client service issues. Provides direct support to assigned accounts and escalated issues. Other duties as assigned.
