Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 0-1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
  • Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs.
  • Actively contributes to workflows, processes, and deliverables, using agency systems to provide a world-class client experience and ensure compliance.
  • Able to understand clients, prioritize tasks, manage status, and deliver impactful solutions proactively.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred
  • Experience preferably in the insurance industry

Responsibilities

  • Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
  • Invoice agency bill transactions for new and renewal policies, monthly installments, endorsements, and audits.
  • Ensure accuracy of invoicing and work with accounting to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Order policy changes from carriers, update agency management system/exposure schedules and set follow-up tasks.
  • Investigates and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies (policies, audits and endorsements).
