About The Position

This role focuses on providing excellent client service within the logistics industry. The specialist will be responsible for handling client inquiries, managing orders, and resolving issues related to invoices, deliveries, and overall service. The goal is to ensure client satisfaction by effectively addressing and resolving any problems that arise.

• 0-2 years experience as assembly line lead

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
