About The Position

As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll act as a liaison between our clients and Arteriors by supporting client inquiries. You’ll be the first point of contact for the client and will assist with and resolve any issues that arise. This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and experience in a customer support role that requires phone and email support. The role involves supporting client inquiries, acting as the first point of contact, and resolving issues. The first 30, 60, and 90 days will focus on learning communication and customer service skills, understanding workflows and processes, and developing time management and productivity. By 90 days, the expectation is to consistently deliver accurate, professional service, handle a variety of inquiries independently, and meet or exceed SLA response times.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
