About The Position

Essential Job Functions Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints. Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service. Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Other duties as assigned

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years experience as assembly line lead
  • Professional certification may be required in some areas.
