The Client Service Specialist’s primary responsibilities include account administration and servicing the firm’s individual and institutional clients, while providing direct support to Advisors in managing client relationships and onboarding new business. The ideal candidate is highly productive, process-oriented, and attentive to details. The role will require multitasking and the candidate will demonstrate the ability to act upon deadlines. They will also be reliable, maintain a team-oriented attitude, and be able to communicate and work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including: clients, custodians, management, and other departments. The candidate will share a desire to provide outstanding service to clients.
