About The Position

Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management is hiring a Client Service Specialist for their Century City office. In this role, the specialist will support a growth-focused advisory team by coordinating account administration, resolving client inquiries, and delivering high-touch service to institutional investors. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Marketing, or related field).
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably investment/asset management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail with a proactive approach to accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to dig into details.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and respond to requests promptly.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in demanding environment
  • Teamwork – ability to collaborate in a professional and constructive manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and quantitative skills.
  • U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (Green Card holder) as a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day updates and changes to client financial accounts.
  • Partner with internal teams to complete account maintenance requests (e.g., deposits/withdrawals, account updates, and other special requests) as directed.
  • Coordinate and complete inbound client service requests.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues through timely, professional communication with clients and advisors.
  • Prepare, review, and process documentation for new investment account openings.
  • Oversee the setup process for new accounts, including the opening and closing of accounts.
  • Consult with clients and advisors regarding new account documentation and follow up on outstanding items needed to complete setup.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly client reporting within established deadlines.
