About The Position

As a Client Service Specialist on the Business Insurance team at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. You will work with other department members to meet customers’ service needs. Attention to detail is essential when processing changes, rating, and entering accurate client data.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license, or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
• Two years of Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
• Authorization to work in the United States permanently and on an ongoing basis without current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Transportation experience.
• Insurance designations such as CISR, AAI, or CIC.
• Experience with EPIC, Sagitta, and/or ImageRight.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues.
