About The Position

Golden Reserve is seeking an experienced Client Services Specialist (CSS) who will function as a hybrid Paraplanner and Client Services Coordinator. This role is distinct from typical administrative positions in financial institutions. The CSS will manage the entire back-end client sales process, including the creation of client Roadmaps (financial plans), provide exceptional first-line ongoing client support and service, and facilitate the complete execution of insurance applications. The CSS Team is considered the driving force of Golden Reserve, supporting the company's innovative approach to financial services, which includes monthly seminars and weekly TV & Radio Shows across Ohio. Requirements

Two (2) years+ of financial services experience.
Life Insurance Annuity Application Excellence – completion, monitoring & management.
GRIT – demonstrating accountability, ownership, problem-solving, and toughness.

Responsibilities

Managing the entire back-end client sales process, including the building of client Roadmaps (financial plans).
Delivering world-class first line ongoing client support and service.
Facilitating start-to-finish insurance application execution.
Supporting monthly seminars and weekly TV & Radio Shows.
Being the steady and consistent voice and leader in every office to ensure the Sales team is supported and the company continues to move forward.
Ensuring client service and support processes and systems are managed according to the GR-Way.
