About The Position

Golden Reserve is seeking an experienced Client Services Specialist (CSS), a role that combines the functions of a Paraplanner and Client Services Coordinator. This is not an administrative position. The CSS will manage the entire back-end client sales process, including building client Roadmaps (financial plans), providing top-tier ongoing client support and service, and facilitating the complete execution of insurance applications. The CSS Team is considered the driving force of Golden Reserve, supporting the company's unique approach to financial services, which includes monthly seminars and weekly TV & Radio Shows across Ohio. Requirements

Two (2) years+ of financial services experience.
Life Insurance Annuity Application Excellence – completion, monitoring & management.
GRIT – a blue-collar mindset where accountability, ownership, problem-solving, and toughness still matter.

Responsibilities

Managing the entire back-end client sales process, including building client Roadmaps (financial plans).
Delivering world-class first line ongoing client support and service.
Facilitating start-to-finish insurance application execution.
Supporting monthly seminars and weekly TV & Radio Shows.
